As Head of TraditionData, Scott is responsible for the strategic direction of this business. Scott’s intent is to continue to position TraditionData as a leader in innovation by providing the most up-to-date data to market through a range of delivery channels, flexible pricing models and a granular package structure, ensuring that TraditionData’s service aligns with the changing, and growing, demand from our consumer base.

In his role as COO, Chris brings 25 years of experience from a range of senior positions managing global operations teams for leading Financial Services companies. Chris joins the TraditionData Executive Team, assuming responsibilities for the overall operational aspects of the business including Data Production, Data Management, Product Development, Data Quality, Customer Services, Policies & Controls and our Distribution Strategy.

James is a financial professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. In late 2007, James joined Compagnie Financière Tradition, one of the world’s leading interdealer brokers, as the CFO for the Asia Pacific region. In this role, he continues to oversee finance, risk, compliance, and operations, ensuring the smooth running and organic growth of the company’s business in the region. In 2020, James was appointed to the TraditionData executive committee, where he is responsible for revenue planning, cost strategy, and financial reporting. His financial acumen and extensive experience in the industry play a key role in driving TraditionData’s growth and success.

Richard brings 25 years of experience in the data and analytics industry to his role, having worked in major centres around the world, including London, New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong. As the CRO of TraditionData, Richard is tasked with sustaining the remarkable growth of its data solutions business. His responsibilities include expanding the client base by introducing new data solutions, entering new geographies, exploring new asset classes, and developing new business solutions, all while providing best-in-class client service.

In his role as Global Head of Product, Ian brings over a decade of experience at TraditionData, and more than twenty-two years within Tradition Group. Ian will drive a clear product strategy, overseeing and enhancing TraditionData’s product suite with high-quality data solutions which meet the increasingly complex needs of our client base.

With over 36 years of experience in the world of financial derivatives, 29 of those at Tradition as broker, quantitative analyst, technologist and as e-commerce platform architect, Steve and his team turn market expertise and financial mathematics into Tradition’s commercial data product and our interbank broking analytics, keeping those businesses at the forefront of our evolving markets. Within the TraditionData management team, Steve ensures that market evolution and a deep understanding of the data are fundamental parts of our strategy for growth and success.

Jim joined TraditionData from Bloomberg where he had a successful two decade career within their Content Acquisition Business Management team. He ran various teams of global account & asset class specialists working with top-tier banks, IDBs, Central Banks, Benchmark Providers and 3rd Party Data Vendors. He is extremely experienced across content licensing, contract negotiation, product, feed implementation and support. Jim is responsible for all global vendor and channel partnerships for the business.

Alex Krovina is an experienced senior IT executive with over 20 years of expertise in the financial trading sector. He is the Group Chief Technology Officer for Compagnie Financiere Tradition and the Chief Technology Officer of Tradition Data, where he is responsible for defining the company’s technology roadmap to deliver market-leading data-driven technology solutions. Alex’s experience covers developing and deploying data-driven technologies, from trading systems, data platforms to analytics, to drive innovation and efficiency. His passion lies in spearheading technology initiatives to build new products and services, as well as optimising technology infrastructure to improve customer support. Prior to joining Tradition in 2013, Alex held multiple IT leadership roles, including Chief Technical Architect at the London Stock Exchange and Chief Technology Officer for Turquoise. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy and Business from Edinburgh University.

Lexa is Global Marketing Manager at TraditionData. In her role she works closely with the management team to deliver on brand development and growth plans for the business. Prior to joining, Lexa was Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Weatherbys Private Bank and winner of Young Marketer of the Year – Financial Services Forum – in 2021.
